Jennifer Love Hewitt Exercise and Fitness Routine

Jennifer Love Hewitt has a great body. She has been putting in the work by exercising almost everyday. The result is that she has created very toned and muscular legs. This allows her to wear sexy mini dresses and sky high heels to further accentuate her gorgeous legs. Remember last year when she looked flabby and out of shape in those bikini photos? Well now she definitely shows what exercise and fitness can do for a body. These days I would argue she has one of the fittest celebrity bodies in entertainment. How does she do it? FitSugar reports from US Magazine:

At least three to four times a week, Jennifer works on her upper and lower body.

For her upper body, she says she does “three sets of 20 push-ups, [dumbbell] flys, bench presses, shoulder presses and bicep curls” three to four times per week. She also does the same amount of lunges and squats before focusing on her core and doing 30-second body planks and a few sets of 20 crunches.

Jennifer also stays in shape by interval training. When doing the above strength-training moves with her trainer, she also adds 10 minutes on the treadmill or jumping rope into the routine. On days she can’t make it to a one-on-one session, she does 30 minutes of cardio on her own.

Have you ever noticed that the celebrities with notably fit and toned legs all do some type of interval or running activity? Jennifer Aniston, Kristen Bell, Jessica Biel along with Jennifer Love Hewitt all have great legs as the result of various legs training exercises including running.
