Hot Lemon Juice For Detoxing The Body and Weight Loss

You’d be surprised at how many people are looking to lemon juice as a way to lose weight.  Now, we don’t really mean lose fat so much as just as a way to detox and get rid of a lot of the excess wastes our bodies carry.

There really is not much to the lemon detox diet.  Basically you drink a lot of water with lemon in it.  One of the cool things about it — and one of the things a lot of people overlook — is that hot lemon juice is much better than just adding them into your salad or pure water.

One of the reasons that  hot water with lemon is so important, is that the hot water also helps to stimulate the body, increasing the abortion of the limits properties, and speeding up the digestive and circulatory tracts.

A lot of people recommend drinking in your warm lemon water right in the morning to help encourage digestion.  This is a great way to wake up your body in the morning, and make sure that it is working properly before you start adding more sugar heavy items to your diet.

Now, as with all health suggestions, this works best if it is paired with a lot of other fresh fruits and vegetables.  A diet heavy in fresh food, is probably one of the most healthy ideas one can try.

But even just adding lemon can really help the body.  Lemon is rich in vitamin C, and research has shown that vitamin C is an excellent way to improve the overall health of the body, help it grow collagen faster to heal itself, and better resist attacks of disease.

So whether you are trying to lemon as a way to lose weight, or just a way to find extra help, lemon and hot water is one of the latest tea trends and is certainly something you should try.
