Develop a Kim Kardashian Booty

Want a booty like Kim Kardashian? Well you are either going to have to be genetically gifted like Kardashian or you will have to put in some very difficult work in the gym. Low impact and low cardio exercises like yoga will not do. It will take high velocity weight work including exercises like squats, lunges and step-ups. High impact cardio activities like running and extreme trail hiking will also help develop the gluteus muscles. Your butt is a muscle. It can be developed and made more shapely with butt firming exercises. Leg and butt exercises will be required to increases the booty definition.

Celebrity fitness trainer Ramona Braganza echoed this by saying:

…having a derriere like Kim’s will cost plenty of time and effort. “Unless you’re genetically gifted, booties definitely take a lot of work to develop.

If you’re up for the challenge, Braganza says there are some exercises that will help to build up things in the bottom region.

Exercises like weighted squats, single-leg lunges, and step-ups will aid in maximizing the gluteus maximus.
